Upon delivery, you’ll have the opportunity to inspect your order. Please take a moment to check it carefully, as refunds can only be processed immediately for the entire order. Keep in mind, If you choose to return it at delivery, the return shipping fee will be your responsibility.
Cancelling and Editing Orders Policy:
We understand that you may occasionally need to adjust your order. That’s why we allow cancellations or modifications within 4 hours of order placement. After this period, cancellations will no longer be possible.

Refund and Exchange Policy:
If your order is incorrect or defective, we are happy to assist you within 72 hours of receiving your order, provided the product is in its original condition:
- Unworn and unwashed.
- With all tags attached.
- Returned in its original packaging.
(After this period, we will not be able to process exchanges or refunds, regardless of the situation.)

If an item is exchanged or refunded based on the customer's preference (not due to an error or defect), the product must be new, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees, separate from the initial shipping fee. If a refund is requested, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.

While our quality assurance team inspects all items carefully, we recommend checking your order immediately upon receipt. Any issues must be reported within 72 hours. After this period, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds, regardless of the situation.
